Nature of Services
FlowerCart provides fresh floral products and handmade artefacts. Many of these items are perishable and crafted using natural materials. Due to the uniqueness of such goods, reasonable variations in colour, size, bloom stage, and overall appearance may occur. Product images are indicative and intended to represent style rather than exact replication.
User Information and No Login Requirement
FlowerCart does not require users to create an account or log in to browse or place orders. We collect only the information necessary to fulfil your purchase and deliver your order. You agree to provide accurate and complete details during checkout to ensure seamless fulfilment.
Product Variations
All our floral arrangements and certain gifting items include natural, perishable elements. These materials vary due to season, climate, and availability. As a result, the final delivered product may not be identical to reference images. Substitutions may be made when necessary while maintaining design value and overall aesthetic.
Delivery Policy
FlowerCart currently delivers only within Ahmedabad and Vadodara. Artefacts typically require 5–7 working days for delivery, while flowers may be delivered on the same day or the next day, depending on availability and operational feasibility. Delays may occur during festivals, peak seasons, bad weather, or unforeseen circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed in such cases.

Payments
All payments on FlowerCart are processed securely through Razorpay using encrypted channels. FlowerCart does not store, access, or retain your card or banking information at any stage. By placing an order, you authorise Razorpay and FlowerCart to charge your selected payment method for the final payable amount.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations are accepted only if requested within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order enters production or procurement and cannot be cancelled.
Fresh flowers, perishable goods, and artefacts cannot be returned or cancelled once delivered.
If a refund is approved due to an operational issue, non-availability, or non-delivery, it will be processed within 5–7 working days through the original payment method via Razorpay.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details, ensuring accessibility at the delivery location, and responding to coordination calls when required. FlowerCart is not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by you.
Liability Limitations
FlowerCart shall not be held liable for:
– Natural variations in perishable materials
– Delays due to conditions beyond our control
– Allergic reactions to floral products
– Issues arising from inaccurate information provided by the customer

Governing Law
